Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of receiving the returned item. However, please note that your bank may take additional time to credit the amount back to your account.
Kindly allow up to ten working days from the date you return the item before reaching out to us.
We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account.

However, we recommend creating an account if you'd like to:

  • View your order history
  • Save your shopping cart and payment details for future purchases

Creating an account is quick and easy! Just visit happiekart.com, click on the profile icon, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email when you place an order.

If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please:

We’ll be happy to check if there’s an issue with your order.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders are typically canceled only if:

  • There’s a stock issue, or
  • You’ve requested the cancellation

We sincerely apologize if your order was canceled due to an issue on our end. In such cases, we’ll always offer a suitable alternative product or process your full refund as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There’s only a short window between placing your order and us starting to process it.

If the order has already been processed and dispatched, you can still return it after receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

When will my order arrive?

  • Orders within India are typically delivered in 3 to 10 days, depending on your region.
  • Orders outside India may take up to 14 days for delivery.

You’ll receive order tracking updates via email as your order progresses.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.

What countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within India.

We’re working on expanding our delivery options in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on most items.

However, for products with a lower price, a shipping fee may apply. If applicable, the shipping cost will be clearly mentioned on the product page before you make a purchase.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive updates at every stage of your order—from placement to dispatch and delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a delivery confirmation email with a tracking reference, so you can check the progress of your order online at any time.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

"Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products."
→ This means refunds are offered for items that are damaged or defective.

"Kindly note that electronic products are exempt from this policy."
→ This implies that electronic products do not qualify for refunds, even if damaged or defective.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please:

  1. Take clear photos and videos of the item

  2. Email our customer service team at contact.happiekart@gmail.com with the details

How long does it take to return an item?

The timeframe depends on the carrier or return shipping method you choose.

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
We aim to process your refund within three days of receiving the item at our warehouse.

Please note, it may take several additional days for your bank or credit card provider to credit the refund to your account or card.
